What This Notice Covers

This notice describes how Black Eagle Shipping Services LLC handles the personal details you give us through this website. It does not cover details exchanged once a shipment is instructed, which are governed by the terms agreed for that work.

What This Site Collects

The only details this website collects are the ones you type into the quote form. There is no account, no login and no tracking.

• Your name and, if you give it, your company.
• Your email address and, if you give it, a phone number.
• The service you need, the gateway, the cargo type and anything you write in the message.

Why We Use It

We use these details to answer your request: to work out a route, list the documents needed and give you a price. If you go on to instruct us, the same details are used to carry out that instruction.

We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them.

Who Else Sees It

The form is delivered to us by an email service provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Beyond that, your details are shared only where a shipment requires it: with a shipping line, an airline, a haulier, a port operator or a customs authority, and only the details that party needs.

How Long We Keep It

A quote request that does not become a shipment is kept for {{RETENTION_PERIOD}} after our last reply, then deleted. Records of a shipment we carry out are kept for as long as customs and commercial rules require.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the address below and we will reply within a reasonable time.
